Jude,
It sounds like you're having a problem with the ArtX Single Content plugin, whatever that is. I don't think that problem is related to JFBConnect in any way, and think you should contact their developers instead. I'm not familiar with that plugin and wouldn't have a clue as to where to begin diagnosing the problem.

Sorry I can't help more. If there is some reason you think this issue is related to JFBConnect, we'll gladly help diagnose any issues it may be causing. From your description though, it doesn't sound like it and we simply can't diagnose and fix other extensions.

Best of luck,
Alex

Sorry, I assumed it was a plugin. Looking at the file you mentioned earlier though:
public_html/templates/araliya/library/Artx/Content/SingleArticle.php

That's something in your "araliya" template. I don't know what that file is or what it's trying to do. It's definitely not a feature of JFBConnect though. Is there some reason you think that the issue you're seeing is related to JFBConnect? Can you switch templates, temporarily, and see if the issue goes away? If so, I think you need to contact the template provider. Otherwise, please let us know why you feel that JFBConnect is causing the problem with that file, because I'm not seeing the connection.

Hope that helps,
Alex

Alex, I've switch to another 3 templates. when a guest click on a "Registered" user only article, there is no error message. But Instead of going to the registration page, its showing complete article.

What ii expect:
When a guest click on a intro text (Which is "Registered" users only) I want that he/she going to the login page.
Now what happen is:
When a guest click on " "Registered" users only article" that he/she redirecting to the full article page.
Please help !

Jude,
That's definitely not an issue with JFBConnect. I think I understand what you're asking for, but it's not something we've done a lot of. I did a Google search and found a few good articles explaining the exact settings to use, like:
www.dart-creations.com/joomla/joomla-tut...egistered-users.html

Hopefully that helps you get things going. We can help how we can with JFBConnect functionality, but this isn't a JFBConnect issue and a bit out of our realm.

Thanks, and good luck,
Alex

Hi Alex, I've sorted that problem. It was clearly NOT from JFBConnect and it was a problem with my artisteer template. I am advancing slowly and got another problem:

1) I loged out from my site and facebook.
2) Log in again to facebook and open my site (New tab). Normally, I should auto login with popup "you have successfully log in with facebook credential...."
3) Sometime i get ""you have successfully log in with facebook credential...." popup and i can surf my registered only articles without any issue.
4) If i repeat the same thing again, I don't get the white popup ""you have successfully log in with facebook credential...."
5) Ignoring the popup, if I try to press a "registered users only" link, I cant view the article (That mean i am not log in ??)
What Ive done to test is:
1) Clear browser cache and fb try again (NO result)
2) Tried to log in with firefox, ie, google chrome.
3) The first attempt of each browser does work and second time NOT.
4) My visitors told me the same thing.

Please help !

Jude,
Glad you figured out the other issue. I knew it wasn't from JFBConnect, and hope we helped narrow things down at least.

As for your issue of automatically logging back in, that's the expected behavior. If the user logs in and then clicks the logout button, we will not automatically log them back in for a set period of time. The reason is to prevent accidentally automatic logins. For situations like shared computers (in a household or an internet cafe), you wouldn't want to be accidentally logged back into a site unknowingly in another tab right before you leave the computer.

There's also no way for JFBConnect to detect a logout of the site and then a log out of Facebook and then another log back in as well as then determining why the user originally logged out in the first place. It gets confusing in that situation and something we prevent by using our timeout.

For your reference, once a user logs out of your site, the automatic login will not trigger until the user has been inactive on your site for the session duration setting in your Global Configuration setting of Joomla.

Hope that helps explain,
Alex

I did miss your message. Sorry about that.

For the listening to music, you'd want to use the "music.listens" built-in Facebook action. You would not want to create your own new action in Facebook called "listenSong".

The listen to music action is restricted though, for various copyright reasons. For more information about the music.listens action.
developers.facebook.com/docs/technical-g...t-in-actions/#listen

If you are able to use that action, to create that action and set it up in Facebook and JFBConnect, you'd basically want to follow our instructions in our [url=www.sourcecoast.com/jfbconnect/docs/facebook-open-graph-actions-for-joomlaOpen Graph Actions for Joomla[/url] configuration guide. In there, basically replace anything for 'news.reads' with 'music.listens'. Then, your object/pages will need to be 'songs'.

Hope that helps,
Alex
