Awesome! Glad to hear you got it going, and sorry for the issues with the integration setting for the login feature. If you want that feature, then feel free to enable it, set the error reporting on (as above) and let us know what message you get. That will help us figure out how to fix the problem for you.

Thanks, and good luck,
Alex

Hi Alex, I could solve that "joomla admin pannel." issue by uninstalling and cleaning the database. But now, I am having a serious problem. As soon as i install jfb connect my site going down and getting this error.
"Content Encoding Error The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

Please help !

Does that message only appear on the front-end, or in the admin area as well? If it's just the front-end, can you edit the Global Configuration settings and set Error Reporting to "Maximum" and turn GZip Compression off? If you can't access the admin area, please edit the configuration.php file and change the following lines like below to do the same:
var $gzip = '0';
	var $error_reporting = '30719';

Hopefully, that will display a better message that will help diagnose the problem.

Thanks,
Alex

That's a silly issue on our part. Please just go to the "Configuration" area of JFBConnect and hit "Apply". That will get rid of the error. You don't need to change any settings, just re-save what you already have.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks Alex, I had enough with joomla 1.5. As i really want to use your jfbconnect and some other good stuff like yours, i am moving to 2.5. Most of my modules and plugins also does not give any support to 1.5. Once i am in 2.5, will give you a sound. Thanks for your time.

I understand your frustrations with Joomla 1.5. We actually still use it on this site, but are working on moving to 2.5 right now :)

We want to be the last providers to support Joomla 1.5. We feel we owe it to our longer term customers, but wouldn't recommend it to any new sites or would recommend upgrading if possible.

Anyways, should you have any questions or other issues, definitely let us know.

Best of luck,
Alex
