I have looked, carefully, there is nothing except that message. One thing that did appear on the developer chat was that we had dishonored their brand by using icons other than the official branded Facebook icons. They provided a link to appeal and get the Apps restored, but the appeals form was down. When I asked about that they replied that they were in the middle of sweeping changes.

Here is the exchange with Facebook:

Timothy Michel

I have tested in both Firefox and Chrome and I get the same 404 Sorry the link may be broken or the page no longer exists.

I have looked in the Chrome Network page and all requests are http 200 successful.

I have looked in Chrome Console and there are no error messages. So Facebook is processing the request for the page.

The site where the app was disabled is www.911tap.org

All custom social media icons have been replaced with the official branded icons from each social media venue so that the brands of each are honored.

Hi Timothy,

If this is still occurring on your end, could you provide the app ID that is affected by this? You can use confidential reply for any sensitive info.

Best, Darija

This is the page that you referenced for making an appeal: developers.facebook.com/appeal

I have changed the icons on the website in question, https://www,911tap.org to comply with the official Facebook brand.

There is no form available at developers.facebook.com/appeal for submitting an appeal. It is just an information page as follows:

App Appeals

None of your apps are restricted.

Restore Apps

There are no apps available for you to recover. If you don't see the app you're looking for, it means we're not able to restore that app.

Restore Admin Access

There are no apps available for you to recover. If you don't see the app you're looking for, it means we're not able to restore that app.

Missing Apps

If you cannot see an app you used to own:
Check in with the current App Admin to see if your role on the App Dashboard has changed.
Ensure your app is following these App Management Best Practices.

So I do not see that there is any course of action I can take except for making an appeal here. Perhaps Facebook has rolled out a new AI platform that serves different pages to different users based on the context of their use of Facebook or based on the context of the content of their website which is linked via the App ID to Facebook.

I any event, I need instruction from you telling me how to proceed.

That is all there was and then I got the email saying that the 9/11 Truth Outreach App was giving Facebook users a negative experience.
