Thanks for that picture, it helps quite a bit. That error means the post isn't being accepted by the Twitter API for some reason.

Please check the following:
* In your Twitter application, make sure the "Access Level" is properly setup for "Read and Write" as shown in step 8 of our Twitter API setup guide .
* Re-authenticate with Twitter on the front-end of your site to refresh the access token used to post for your account. Make sure you're using the same Twitter account that you've set the Channel up for.

Hopefully, that will help find or fix the problem, but if not, let us know and we'll gladly help investigate further.
