1. From your screenshot of the redirect URLs you have entered, only the first two matgerik.com/ar/index.php and matgerik.com/en/index.php are valid.

i will disable Instagram for now because its a live website ok and this is the Instagram url

… rompt=auto

2. Could you also try adding www.matgerik.com/index.php and matgerik.com/ar/index.php.

3. From your screenshot, please uncheck "Disable implicit OAuth".

could the sandbox be the reason for this, i have to make a video on how to use it to remove the sandbox but i have to see how it works so i can make the video, could that be the reason

4. You should be able to test with the owner of the app regardless of whether your app is in Sandbox. This would not be the cause.

Try these 4 suggestions and let me know if there is any change.

Instagram does not support email fetching either. Therefore, automatic registration is not available unfortunately. This isn't something that we have control over.

For Twitter - Could you tell me which version of JFBConnect you are using? I just noticed that you don't have an active subscription. The version that we introduced the fetching of Twitter email addresses was in version 7.1.0. Releases before this won't support it, regardless of whether the application was set up properly.

If you want automatic registration for Twitter, then yes, you'll need to upgrade to at least 7.1.0. If you'd like to see this list of changes in all of the latest versions, please read our changelog .

All of your settings in JFBConnect extension / plugins will remain even if you upgrade. It should be a pretty seamless process. However, if you've done any customizations to the views/code in JFBConnect or SCLogin, make sure they are in a template override or theme, as appropriate, so they're not overwritten. As always, we'd recommend doing a full backup of your site and database before performing any installation/upgrade (not just JBConnect) just in case.
