JFBConnect - AutoTune Facebook API Error

It sounds like either your application is not set up correctly or you have not entered the App ID and Secret Key in the JFBConnect backend > Configuration > Facebook area.

1. Please follow the Facebook application setup guide at www.sourcecoast.com/jfbconnect/docs/soci...ok-application-setup to set up your application correctly.
2. Use the JFBConnect backend > Autotune configuration tool (www.sourcecoast.com/jfbconnect/docs/conf...application-creation). The last time that you ran Autotune was with JFBConnect version 6.5.3 so please check to see if there are any errors.

Looking at the source on your page, I see that JReviews is also including some Facebook code on the page. Could you please try to disable the FB options in JReviews.

Also, when is this API error occurring? On the front-end when you click on a Facebook button? What specific URL?

Also, I just registered on your account with my Facebook credentials and was then able to log in properly to see my profile. I am not able to see the error that you are referring to.

I just saw your screenshot. Can you go into the FB App tab in Autotune and hit the refresh button and see if the error is still present?

That's strange. Could you send me access to the backend in a PM? Use the envelope icon under the avatar.

Could you please verify that you have the Facebook application setting in Settings > Advanced > 'Native or desktop app?' set to No?
