When I execute the "AutoTune" tool, Joomla shows the following error:

Facebook Application configuration could not be loaded. Please check your App ID and Secret Key

how can I solve it?

If your settings can't be loaded, it means your Application isn't setup properly or there was some issue when inputting the API and Secret Keys. That error is thrown by Facebook directly. Please make sure you've followed the steps in our Facebook Setup Guide exactly. You may also want to just delete your Facebook Application and create a new one to make sure that there were no settings that you accidentally changed the first time.

If that doesn't work, let us know and we'll try to help further. It may be related to your other post about WindowsLive though and your server is simply unable to make outgoing requests to the social networks. In that case, you'll need to ensure there are no firewall settings or server configuration issues preventing that communication.

Thanks,
Alex

I created the API again and the problem persists, also check the server and everything seems fine in Windows Live APIs and Google still can retrieve account information.

What can I do?

Similar to your other thread, from here, please send us pictures of your application configurations for each app that isn't working and super admin credentials for your site so we can investigate further.

You can Private Message all of those details by clicking the mail icon under my name to the left.

Finally, you said:

everything seems fine in Windows Live APIs and Google still can retrieve account information.

I'm assuming you mean WindowsLive and Google still can *not* retrieve account information? Also, is Facebook working now? That's the social network you originally had issues with in this thread.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks for sending the credentials for your site. I just logged into the backend to check things out. I couldn't run autotune either, but I noticed that the order of the social networks is different than we've ever seen. Normally, they are in alphabetical order but on your site, Facebook is near the end right before Github. Do you know why they are different? If not, I'd recommend re-installing JFBConnect to see if there may be just some sort of installation error.

Let me know if that helps. If not, we'll gladly help investigate further.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks for your reply

I have tested in a local page and everything worked, but I have noticed that when you install the application on the server applications appear messy and did not work, then the message "Please check your App ID and Secret Key" appears

that this bug in the installation?
What can I do?

I have already made normal "Upload & Install Joomla Extension" and "Install from Folder"

Here you can see the disordered applications

but I have noticed that when you install the application on the server applications appear messy and did not work,

Do you have a picture of what it looks like? You may also want to go to the Global Configuration area of Joomla and set Error Reporting to 'Maximum'. Then, try installing again. The messy page may show a PHP error which would narrow down where the issue is.

We've never heard of this type of issue and never seen the social networks out of order like you show, so I'm a bit baffled as to what's happening. I'm glad it works on a local page how it should. That helps prove out some things about how you're setting JFBConnect and installing it, but doesn't explain the live site behavior. Hopefully the test above does. If not, let us know and we'll gladly help investigate further.

Thanks,
Alex

I've tried and it has not worked, could provide data by private message so you can connect and install the application and you can see if I have done wrong installation?

Could you tell that this error is due or that I can do?

If you can private message FTP credentials to your site, we'll gladly investigate what could be going wrong here. It's not something we've ever seen but will do what we can to help get you going.

Thanks,
Alex
