Sorry for the delayed response. We have a fix in the upcoming 6.4.2 release which fixes an issue with JomSocial importing status when using a new Facebook Application. However, you've been a user for quite some time, so I'm assuming you're using an older Facebook Application, which shouldn't be having the issue that we're fixing.

Can you let me know if you're using a new Facebook Application, if the import functionality ever worked, or any other details that may help us narrow things down.

Also, since your issue is very different than the rest in this thread, please create a new topic with any updates you may have.

So now the posts from FB are shown on my page, but if i use the post options on the Joomla site and share them on the same channel then they are not visible on FB.

That's strange. I'd recommend re-authenticating with the Facebook account that owns the channel and making sure the publish_actions permission is also granted. That's required to actually push the posts to Facebook.

Beyond that, I don't have any immediate suggestions, but let us know if that helps.

Thanks for the letting us know those details. The new update should be out this week. There will definitely be a notice in the admin area of Joomla once the update is available and you can use the Joomla Update Manager to 1-click install it. There may be a newsletter sent out, but not sure if that will happen or not.

Please make sure that you're using JFBConnect v6.4.2. From our logs, it looked like the last version you ran against Autotune was 6.4.1. There were some code fixes in our latest version to support some Facebook permission changes introduced in July. It's possible this is related to those Facebook changes. If you have already upgraded and are still having the issue, could you please PM us admin credentials and FTP credentials to your site?
