Are you sure you're using JFBConnect v4.2.2? That setting should be easy to find.

If you're sure you are using the latest version, please post from the account you subscribed to JFBConnect from and we can help you diagnose the problem further. Priority support is for active subscribers only.

Hehe.. glad to hear you got it. I didn't even notice the path was wrong or I would have pointed it out. We're not complete jerks to people without subs, but also don't like investigating things when we know they work :)

Totally understandable, I used to work in support where anyone could ask for help. After investigating, we found out we were spending 40% of our time on people who had pirated versions of our software grrrr

I am helping Noa (geoparadise) on her site, so she has the license. I'd prefer not to have to use her accont here for asking for support, but I can if it is better for you guys

No problem with the assistance. I just added a 2 month subscription, based off Noa's purchase, to your account. We have no problem with other tech's asking questions, as long as it's related to the 'main' user's account. That will get you past any questions for your subscription user in the future. After 2 months, if you need an extension, just ask :)
