I see an active subscription for you.
* If you're seeing that error within JFBConnect, please go into Autotune > Facebook Tab and hit the refresh button. That should help sync up the subscription status, but let me know if you continue to have issues there.
* If you're having a problem accessing the download, please let me know and we'll have to look into it further.

Regarding Instagram, please follow our Instagram setup guide to get your Instagram application set up correctly. Then you will be able to add the login button with 1) the SCLogin module 2) Integrating the login into Joomla Users Login / Registration views (setting within JFBConnect backend > Configuration > General tab) or 3) adding the JFBCLogin easy-tag to any specific content.

This should help get you started with the login button. However, if you need further help or have any specific errors you're encountering, please let us know.

We'll gladly help, but we need to understand more about what you've tried to setup, where your getting stuck and what isn't working.

In general, after you follow the Instagram setup guide posted above, you should just need to add your API and Secret keys to the JFBConnect -> Configuration -> Instagram area. Then, publish the SCLogin module and the Instagram icon should be there.

If that isn't working for you, just let us know where you're getting stuck.

The SCLogin module is included with JFBConnect and should have been installed then. We do provide it as a separate download as well since it can be used without social authentication as a better login module.

Either way, if you're getting that error, it indicates your Instagram application wasn't fully configured properly. Specifically, double-check step 4d for setting up your Oauth redirect_uri.

Instagram and Twitter do not allow retrieving the user's email address. Because of this, JFBConnect must send users registering through those networks through a mini-registration process. You can disable all other fields like name and password so that all is asked is the user's email address. At the same time, other profile data can be automatically imported from the networks. The benefit is that a user has an account on your site with less steps and only needs to remember their social network credentials when they return.

Facebook and other social networks allow importing the email address, so there can be no registration form in those cases.
