Hi, I have problem with intergration of product,what I have bought from you. I have followed all manuals and try to resolve problem, anyway this is simply not working. Problem is that button appears but I am not able to click on it (nothing happens.)

I am using Jomsocial, kunena and newest joomla 3 - just in case you would be interested. My page is www.alirecenze.cz

Could you please help me to resolve problem ASAP?

Marian,

From the title of your post, it seems that using the Login with Facebook button is not working, but I am unable to find this button on any page of your site. If this is your issue, please provide the URL of the page that you're experiencing the problem on so that I can try to reproduce it. If that is not the issue that you are experiencing, please provide more details as to what the problem actually is.

On that page, I 1) clicked the blue Facebook button in the SCLogin module on the left side of your page 2) It initiated the FB Login which launched a permissions request popup that I approved and 3)I was logged in properly. Could you provide me more details on what behavior you're expecting to see but aren't seeing?

I am using Chrome to test this. If you are not, can you try with a different browser?

Hi Mel,

Could you please explain me, why might cause that my chrome and mozilla dont work, and IE is OK? What addon or plugin can cause this failure that button is not doing clicking push when i hit mouse button, and also nothing will happened after this.

Ho can I make sure that user will not face this problems?

Clicking the Facebook button communicates with Facebook and loads their login window. If you have browser add-ons for privacy or specifically to block social networks, then the Facebook button wouldn't work in that case.

I'd recommend checking if you have any add-ons meant to stop tracking, improve privacy, or block social networks in those browsers and, if so, disable them. There's nothing we could do to stop that behavior as those are add-ons in the browser and accomplishing what the user intends, even if it breaks some features on many websites.

I hope that helps explain, if that's your issue. If not, let us know, and we'll gladly help investigate further.

So I have tried to click on this button and .... I got page with following

In all other webpages you can see that after clicking you confirm to share detials and than you are signed in. I have check my site and there is not new user (me). Why this screen opens, except proper sign in? Any settings?

That's correct behavior when you have the "Enable Automatic Registration" setting as "No" OR you have Automatic Registration enabled, but have the "Automatically Link Users By Email Address" setting Disabled.

In either case, the registration form is shown so that the user can either a) create a new account or b) associate their social network account with an existing Joomla account that is likely using the same email address.

ok This is correct and it works as you say.

The only user who passed login on page alirecenze.cz was admin, who`s email was in database already. So it was just linked together.

Anyway it is very strange that one user passes in same browser and other not. I got an error from FB.

Also it happens that just black page appears for a minute and than I got many login pages under each other.

Now, I am not able to login to pages as I got always error Invalid token.

I am not sure why this is so complicated :( Are you able to connect to my page and resolve problem, I am spending to much time with one app, what shoudl do very simple thing = move data from one page to another and work with it.

Invalid token is resolved by cache ... anyway connection between my side and FB does not work ... :((
