Can you PM us admin credentials to the site with the issue? It could be a weird version of SQL, but we'd have to take a closer look.

Thanks

Thank, but I uninstalled completely (tables included) and have been successful at installing JFBC 6.2.2.

However now, I can't log-out neither from back-end nor front-end. I get a black page.

I've seen this error before with JFBC. Can't remember how I fixed it.

Please advise.

Can you turn on error reporting and let us know what the error is? Also, which JFBConnect plugins have you enabled?

I have all four (4) plug-ins activated.

Error:

Cannot redeclare class jfbcfactory in /var/www/vhosts/lpi-multisite.com/httpdocs/plugins/user/jfbconnectuser/jfbconnectuser.php on line 61

I see that I've had this problem before :)

Will follow Alex's previous annotations and advise.

[SOLVED] per previous thread of Alex.

Now, I have a second issue [after upgrading/re-installing]... when I log-in as a new credentialed fb user, I get redirected to the url ending in: /#_=_ without actually logging-in.

Any idea?

Can you verify the following and then we'll go from there.

1. Check hat the Joomla user was created in the backend user manager?
2. Check to see if there is a user map between that Joomla User and the Facebook Account in the JFBConnect > User Map area.
3. Check that the JFBConnectAuth and JFBConnectUser plugins are enabled.

[EDIT]
Also, can you provide the exact URL that it redirects back to?

Also, can you provide the exact URL that it redirects back to? [IT REDIRECTS BACK TO THE ORIGINAL URL FROM WHERE I START THE FB LOGIN AND APPENDS /#_=_ TO TH URL. IT CONTINUES TO CALL FACEBOOK UNTIL I GET A FLOODING ERROR.]

In general, the #_=_ is a standard convention that Facebook uses when it returns a user to your site. The question is why isn't JFBConnect properly logging the user in. Since you say this happens with new users, but their account is created and a mapping is occurring, what you describe is very strange and not something we've heard of. It seems like something is interfering with JFBConnect after the registration and initial profile import process but before the login process.

Looking at your Autotune results, I see you're running JFBConnect on many sites. Are you experiencing this problem on all of them, or just one? If just one, you'd probably be the best to understand what's different about that site.

Some things to test are:
* Disabling SEF URLs
* Disabling anything that tries to redirect the user, either during registration or during the login process
* Switch the "Show Login Credentials in Popup" setting (in the Configuration -> Facebook area) to both settings and test if one works better than the other.

Hopefully, some of the info above will help narrow things down.

Thanks,
Alex
