The statusupdates from Jomsocial to Facebook don't work and configuration is 100%.
When a new user logs on with FB account in the popup window below is showing:
'(lock image) Hiermee zorg je dat de app geen berichten op Facebook kan plaatsen'
Translated in EN: With this you ensure that the app can not post any messages on Facebook
So something in the FB developer App must be misconfigured, or the FB account?
Does anybody know how to solve this?

After the user accepts that prompt, there will be another prompt where the user can give permission for your site to post on their behalf.

Have you tested creating a status update in JomSocial to see if that posts to the users Timeline?

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,

Indeed. I did not try this yest, but I accepted the prompt now, and also the prompt where the user accepts the permissions.
We already created a test FB user. So after the acceptance I added a status update on the site which has jomsocial installed, but unfortunally this status update is not shown on FB. Can it be the case that this FBuser is not 100% setup yest (just 44%) or?
Or does it take a while to synchronize?

Hi Alex,

Some additional information.
The statusupdate from FB is synchronized with the site, but the other way around, from site to FB does not work.

The posts should go immediately from JomSocial to Facebook when they are posted. We've tested that feature pretty extensively and haven't heard of any other users with this issue recently.

Can you let me what site you're testing on? We'll create an account and try posting to see if we can find anything out of the ordinary.

Thanks,
Alex

I just tested on your site, and the post didn't go through, as you mention. There's nothing I see wrong from the front-end though. I also tested with the latest release of JFBConnect on our development site and things *are* working. However, we're using a slightly older version of JomSocial.

Can you let me know what version of JS you're using? We'll test with that release and see if there's something that's changed and we'll do what we can to get you fixed up quick.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,

Thanx for the support so far. We are using Jomsocial 3.1.0.1.
I hope you will find a solution soon with this version of Jomsocial and JFBConnect 6.0.3

Hi Alex,

Any update on this? Or when you think you will have a solution for this.
This extension is really important for us. We cannot go live untill this is fixed.
