JFB connect works in IE and Chromw but not in Firefox

JFBConnect has a lot of features. Can you help explain what isn't working in Firefox? Buttons aren't showing, error messages when you try to do something, etc? Any information you can provide on what we should be looking at will help us get you a good answer.

The best thing I'd recommend immediately is to check and make sure you don't have any extensions for Firefox installed which may be blocking social network connections, trying in "Private Mode" and/or trying on a new computer altogether.

Let me know if that helps or not, or give a bit more details on what we should be looking for.

As for the login issue, I just tried to login using Chrome. When I click the "Facebook" button, the popup shows:

App Not Setup: The developers of this app have not set up this app properly for Facebook Login.

The reason it's not working in Firefox for you is because you're probably trying from a Facebook account that is not the administrator of the FB Application. In Chrome, you're probably using the correct account.

To fix, I'd recommend:
* Re-Run Autotune and make sure that all the recommended settings are configured correctly
* Go to the Facebook Developer Area , click on "Status and Review" and make sure your app is set to be Online in the top area.

I just tried with Firefox. With Facebook, my account was created and I could logout and back in without any issue. With Twitter, I was brought to the registration page, as expected.

Can you try clearing your cache in Firefox and trying again? Also, if you have any Firefox addons, especially privacy related ones that may be preventing access to social networks, please try disabling those.

Let me know how that goes. We'll gladly help however we can, but right now, we can't recreate the problem.
