I posted a photo in the activity log on facebook was present but not in the diary of wikipuglia.it

What do mean by "the diary of wikipuglia.it ?

I tried to do the test with another Facebook account and gives me this error code in the log jfbconnect (file attached).

The error message is correct. The action can only be used by administrators/developers of your Facebook application: you and me. Until the action is submitted and approved by Facebook, everyone else won't be able to use it. That's a restriction on all actions until they are approved.

So, for now, test with your FB administrator user and make sure things work as you want for 'everyone'. If so, then submit it for approval.

I hope that helps,
Alex

Actions from your users won't show on your Facebook Page. They show on the user's own Activity Log, Timeline, News Feed or other areas. Actions will never post to your Facebook Page because your page is supposed to have more content related items, not just how users are interacting with your page.

Actions are meant to show a user's friends what they are doing on your site and promote your site to that user's friends.

I hope that helps explain,
Alex

I see what your saying. However, I'm not sure this is an issue with JFBConnect. When I navigate around your site, I'm definitely logged in. It seems like whatever extension you're using to make the purchase isn't recognizing the logged in user at the last step and even logging the user out.

I can navigate around the site for a long time, it's only when I try to submit my information to pay that I'm logged out. So, it's not a session issue, it's some functionality with that button that is causing the problem.

I hope that helps narrow things down, and let us know if there's anything else we can help diagnose for you.

Thanks,
Alex

How do I sitemare the seo of my Website and to recognize in my google sitelinks?

Sitelinks are automatically generated by Google. There isn't a way (that I know of) to set them. Google determines what you're 'main' pages are and creates them. In the Google Webmaster's area, it is possible to decline certain sitelink pages that Google may have created for your site though.

Are you saying that if you login using Joomla, the purchase process works normally? Is that a user that registered using JFBConnect or one that registered using the shopping cart software? All I can guess is that there are certain profile fields that aren't properly set in your shopping cart, so the it's not allowing them to purchase.

I hope that helps get you started,
Alex

Until your action has been approved by Facebook, yes, only those users can publish the Action. Once you've successfully tested it and posted to those users, please read over our Submitting an Open Graph Action to Facebook documentation.

Once approved, all users will be able to post the action.

I hope that helps,
Alex
