Tags Not Rendering :-D

But I am curious. When the follow button was visible (via FCBFollow mod), I was not logged into FB. The rollover text on this button asks if i would like to follow nile.spencer.xxxxx? Why would a visitor to my website want to follow me?

That's the whole purpose of the Follow button. It's a way for a user to be updated of any public activity stream updates made to your Facebook profile without having to become your friend. It's an optional way that you, as a Facebook user, can let more people be aware of your updates without having to be friends with everyone who may be interested in you.

Good reasons for that are if your popular in a certain niche or post about a topic that many people are interested in. On your website, it's useful to let people become more familiar with you, the administrator of the website.

If that's not what you're looking for, let us know what you thought it did or what you would like to do, and we can tell you if there's a feature for that.

A pity i couldn't get the tag to render directly, but i am happy with my plan b.

We can gladly help you investigate more about why the tags won't render if you still want to use it. I just wanted to explain the purpose more before we went down the debug path for something you may not use. If you still have an instance somewhere that seems to be configured right, but isn't working, let me know where it is and we'll gladly look into that more.
