When I try to create a social channel in JFBC the only plugin options I see are for Joomla content (articles). I looked in the component download, the website and even for disabled plugins in Joomla, but I can't seem to figure out how to get any oterh options for other types of content like EasyBlog etc. I read the docs here:

...and that refers to choosing one, but I see only one option.

Am I being particularly thick-headed right now and it's front of me? LOL

Channels are tied to the Open Graph plugins you have installed and enabled. We only support a handful of components for automatically posting new content through social channels.

So, for EasyBlog, please install/enable the Open Graph - EasyBlog plugin. That should be installed with the main JFBConnect installation package if EasyBlog is detected.

Once enabled, it should show up in the Channels area automatically. Nothing else to configure.. I don't think
