I'm sorry you're having difficulties with Autotune?. Are there errors in the Facebook App tab that need to be corrected? I'd suggest correcting those first and then making sure you click the 'Save Custom Settings' button after you set the namespace. If you choose 'Save All Recommendations', it'll throw away what you just wrote and use what is suggested instead.

I'm also have Twitter approval issues.

Make sure you follow our Twitter Application Setup Guide to set up the Twitter Application correctly. If you're having a specific error, please let us know more details and we'd be glad to help.

Well my Twitter Developer Account was rejected with no appeal and no clear this is why. So I guess I start another one. ::sigh::

I am making progress with facebook but every time I add something it wants me to request more permissions and the required approval.

The scope review doesn't even flag the ones the error message says you need for group and pages. Is there a comprehensive current list of the permissions JFBConnect when it is maxed out wants from Facebook. That way I can go click all the links submit one set of stuff and be done. I may have missed the list.

In the Scope Review section of JFBConnect, manage_pages should show if you're trying to setup a Channel for Facebook. Many of the other profile import fields will also add additional scopes required to that area as well.

Generally though, you shouldn't be enabling features in the App Developer area that adds permissions. If you are, please let us know what those features your trying to enable and what permissions Facebook is indicating are required. We can help you understand if those features are supported within JFBConnect.

Thanks,
Alex
