To manually install, there is a /packages/plugins/opengraph directory in the JFBConnect installation zip file. The supported Open Graph plugins can be found and manually installed from here.
Then go to Social Meta, Objects meta , New and publish the easy blog object making sure you select your category of your blog.
I have no idea when all the plugins were not installed just in case. Spent a while on this one.
