Hi ,

We follow the tutorial: www.sourcecoast.com/jfbconnect/docs/post...reate-social-channel
But dont understand what this line means:

If this list is empty, you will need to authenticate on the front-end using the login button for the selected provider (not Joomla credentials). Then you can refresh your channel to have the list of users re-populated.

What does that mean? and how can I authenticate on the front end using the login button for selected provider? Can I get a step by step tutorial for this?

To setup a Channel, you need to login on the front-end first. The process is:
* Setup your social network application and get your API/Secret keys. I'm assuming you've done this, but if not, check out our social network application setup guides
* Enter your API/Secret keys in JFBConnect
* Enable the SCLogin module
* Login using Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn
After you do that, the Channels area should show your user in the selection menu.

While setting up the channel, you may need to authenticate again with the social network on the front-end to grant more permissions.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer. We followed the steps but we get an error.

Even when we are logged in on facebook and joomla we get this error in a facebook popup

Not signed in: You are nog logged in. Login and try again

Can you tell us how we can recreate this? I can see the website you've run autotune on, at ***-online.nl, but I can't find a way to login with Facebook there. If we can test, we should be able to help narrow things down for you.
