Glad to hear you got the email import functionality working well for you.
As for name, can you tell me what's going on? We've found an issue where if the Twitter 'name' is only one word (which by default is only one word as it's the same as the Twitter handle), then the way we import the name doesn't work well all the time. We're working on a fix for this now.
