Thanks for sending the credentials. I just checked the configuration and things generally look right there. I wanted to try to post some test content to see where each article goes, but at the top of the Channels area is the following message:

Facebook API 錯誤:Error validating access token: This may be because the user logged out or may be due to a system error.

Can you re-authenticate with Facebook to refresh the token on your site? You may also need to upgrade to 7.2.1 which fixes a Facebook authentication problem where the token doesn't remain valid for more than 24 hours or so.

Once we can try some test posts to see which Facebook Page gets autoposted too, we'll work to narrow down the issue further. It is possible we'll need FTP access to add some debug code and implement a fix. If you can send those credentials by PM too, that would be helpful.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks for correcting the OAuth error. We think we know where the problem likely lies. It's a matter of your post being in a parent category and, somehow, our logic is thinking your post is in that parent category as well as in the other parent category you've selected.

Can you please send us FTP credentials for your site? We need to add a small piece of debug code to narrow things down further and I think we'll be able to get you a fix pretty quickly once we can do that. We're working on the next release of JFBConnect now and would love to have this fix in there so you, or any other users, never run into this again.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks for the FTP access. I was able to edit some files and verify that the proper Open Graph object is being selected and not both objects from different categories.

However, when I unpublished and published the article you mention to test some additional debug code, I found that the post is not going to either Facebook page. When I go to the JFBConnect -> Channels area now, I'm getting a message that my user account doesn't have permission to manage that section.

So right now, I'm unable to recreate the issue and am not seeing a post go to either Facebook Page. I'm also unable to make any changes to JFBConnect or see the Channel configuration to see if things are setup the same way as they were yesterday.

Once I have access and if you can confirm that posts are going to both Facebook Pages with the article you sent in your PM, we can dig right in.

Thanks,
Alex

I wanted to get back to you to let you know we are still investigating this. The issue seems to be related to how we interact with EasyBlog and it's much more complex than we originally thought it would be. We plan to continue investigating, but for now I don't have a good answer for you. We'll try to have a solution this weekend.

Thanks,
Alex

Whew.. I truly apologize for all the delays. However, after way too much investigation and testing, I believe we've found the problem and it comes down to a mis-configuration issue.

In both the channels you have enabled, you've set the "Autopost Plugins" option to "All objects (Post) from EasyBlog". That setting is making the channel work for *all* posts that are made in EasyBlog in addition to the category you've specifed in the "Autopost Objects" section.

The "Autopost Plugins" option is a good way to make all EasyBlog posts be pushed to the Channel without having to create a channel for each category. If you don't want all content to go through and only want specific categories to be autopublished, then you should only set the specific objects you want to post.

I've gone ahead and de-selected the "All objects (Post) from EasyBlog" setting in both channels and there should only be one status update posted when you create a new EasyBlog post.

Please test and let us know how that goes. Sorry I missed that you had enabled both of those settings earlier!

Thanks,
Alex
