So I've just purchased your product and spent nearly two hours chasing my tail following instructions trying to get a social feed from my facebook page to show up on our website but I give up.

How do I get help or get my refund?

I'm sorry for your frustration. We'll gladly help.

Have you followed the "View Social Network Streams" section of our Quick Start Guide ? This shows the different step-by-step instructions of what would be needed to see the social stream data. If so, could you tell us what steps you're having problems with?

Are you running into any specific errors or don't know which steps to follow? Any specific problems you're having would be very useful to know how far you've gotten.

After a reset and break I Managed to find the solution to the problem - your online trouble shooting help references the deprecated "user_groups" Facebook function (which kept producing an error) not the current "user_managed_groups". Once I figured that out I finally got there.

The screen shots and troubleshooting is also out of date.
