There's not any specific causes that I'm aware of that would prevent the Facebook posts from working. What I'd recommend doing is going to the Channels configuration area and clicking into the Facebook Channel you created. From there, you should see a stream of your posts on Facebook at the bottom. If not, or there's an error message, that may help narrow down the cause.
Beyond that, try authenticating on the front-end with your Facebook account that owns the channel. JFBConnect will double-check that the correct page administration permissions have been granted by the user and re-request them if not. If you see a permissions popup, make sure you approve the permissions.
