Hi

i have a problem with the social stream modul. I will get it in the plugin mode. But if a paste my facebook url i get a error message : Fehler: Dies ist keine gültige URL einer Facebook-Seite But the url is correct. I make a copy and paste from the facebook page.

Otherwise i use the FanPAge / Company Page, it works fine.

CAn you give me a tip please

The SCSocialStream module works in conjunction with the Channels feature of JFBConnect. Have you followed the steps found here for setting up a channel for your Facebook Page? Are there any errors/warnings when editing the channel in the backend? Are you able to see the posts in the test stream area in the channel? Once we verify that the channel is set up correctly, we can go from there.

Hello Melissa,

many Sorry it was my mistake. It was not the Social Stream Modul. The Modul what i mean it is the Social Widget Modul
In the attachment you can find a picture of it.

I take a look on both FB Pages. Personal Page and my company page. the entries are the same on the facebook backend. The different is the
company page have a Canvas entry. But we dont use him.

Hello,

here you can see what i mean. The modul is named widget-testwidget-test

you find it on the bottom of the page with the red error message

The value that you set for the HREF is incorrect. It needs to be a Facebook Page, not a personal profile page. Please review the Page Plugin documentation if you have need further clarification on the widget's functionality.
