I have configured Windows Live as stated here but i am getting this error on the page:

We're unable to complete your request
Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.

and in the address bar:

USER wrote: login.live.com/err.srf?lc=1033#error=inv...02028331a89e814817e3


I even deleted the app and recreated it but still have the same problem.

The address URL has the following message in it:
error_description=The provided value for the input parameter %27redirect_uri%27 is not valid. The expected value is "https://login.live.com/oauth20_desktop.srf" or a URL which matches the redirect URI registered for this client application
Please double-check that you've fully followed step 5 in our guide. If so, let us know the URL you are testing on and what you filled in for step 5 and we'll gladly investigate further.

I did step 5 exactly as stated in the guide but the problem is still there. I sent you the requested information via PM

From the pictures you show in your Private Message, you're using /community/ in the URL. Is that the root of Joomla? You should be setting the URL to the root of your Joomla site only, not to JomSocial or some other sub-directory.
