As for the submission process, it's generally pretty straightforward. It can take some work to describe the process, and please make sure you give URLs and examples of how to test. Beyond that, ensure you aren't selecting any permissions (explicitly shared, friend tagging, etc) that you aren't using, otherwise they won't be able to test that permission and the entire submission will be denied.
