Hello,

I am trying to find the Easysocial extension for my JFBConnect, I cannot seem to downloaded or see it. It tells me I need to be logged in and I am.

Thank you.

If you installed EasySocial after JFBConnect, then the plugin will not be installed on your site yet. On installation, JFBConnect detects which third party extensions are on your site and installs only our appropriate plugins. To add the plugins, you can either
1) re-install JFBConnect
2) manually install the EasySocial plugins from our installation package. They can be found at /packages/plugins/socialprofiles/easysocial.zip and /packages/plugins/opengraph/easysocial.zip in our JFBConnect zip file.

After installing the plugin, to import profile data into EasySocial, you will need to enable our 'Social Profiles - EasySocial' plugin. From there, go to the JFBConnect backend > Profiles > EasySocial tab and configure what data will be imported on new registration via social networks and subsequent logins. For more details on some of the options in this configuration area, please our our configuration guide .

Let us know if you still have problems after trying the above.
