Honestly , am not sure where to start , am using your component integrated with Jomsocial and am having difficulty to understand how to integrating properly , lately i did notice that new members got different gender , for example two females logged in using JFBconnect and their gender show Male ! Am confused really am so i will probably need your help to make sure am doing right thing if you wouldn't mind . Thanks

Also am using socialize template for Jomsocial and it has a section called ThemeMagic and now i can't change css through thememagic cause of an issue with your component , here is the answer from one of Jomsocial staff :

Your issue is caused by JFBC extensions. When I disabled it Theme Magic works fine
So you'll need to use Theme Magic with disabled JFBC or you may contact with extension developer and report this issue to them.

Thanks for your help.

First, please go through our configuration guide and follow the steps there. Specifically, pay attention to the Profiles Tab section in that guide for how to make sure the profile data is mapped correctly to JomSocial. Then, in JomSocial, go to their Facebook configuration section, and enable the 'Use SourceCoast's JFBC' integration option.

Could you please provide more information for this? What did you disable for JFBConnect? What was the behavior on the page? Were there any javascript errors on the console? etc.

Okay i got some sorted out but , as for disabling the JFBconnect , here is the result :

I disabled those extensions in Extensions -> Manage section: i.imgur.com/KWN594k.png
Result: i.imgur.com/4OyWLVD.png

Please i need a fix for this , as i can't disable them each time i need to do a modification to the css , thanks

When the JFBC plugins are enabled, what is the specific behavior in the backend and are there errors on the page then? You've just mentioned that it doesn't work, which is a little vague. If you'd like to provide backend credentials so that we can take a look, please send a private message using the envelope icon under my avatar.

I think i need to explain better , the JFB is working fine but it is interfering with Socialize template from Jomsocial , socialize come with Thememagic to modify CSS and so on , check this link here i.imgur.com/4OyWLVD.pngify if you look at this image here you will see me using thememagic on the left hand side of the screen but on the main template u can see there's no JFB showing cause i had to disable all JFB from component to plugins so i can be able to activate theme magic !

But if i enabled JFB it cause thememagic to not work at all , it just break the whole template for some weird reason so am not sure what the cause exactly !

But otherwise JFB is working fine until i want to use thememagic there where the problem start :)

Can you please Private Message us administrator credentials for your site so we can investigate further? Also, please tell us exactly how to:
* Enable JFBConnect so that it 'breaks' ThemeMagic
* How to access ThemeMagic, so we can see it break

Once we have a look, I'm sure we can help get things going.

You can PM me by clicking the mail icon under my name to the left.

Thanks,
Alex
