For importing a user's avatar and cover photo, it should just be as simple as the "Import Avatar" and "Import Cover Photo" setting in the JFBConnect -> Profiles area. If that doesn't work, please note:
* If the user already has an account and are just logging back in, you'll want to enable the "Always Import Profile Data" setting
* Not all social networks have a cover photo that can be imported. Instagram is an example.

If you think you have things setup correctly, please let me know what method of registration you're using (Automatic or through the EasySocial flow) and we'll help investigate further.
