Is your Facebook application new? We've had users reporting problems retrieving stream data with newer applications due to some recent Facebook changes in the past month. This account you are currently posting from does not have a subscription (existing or expired), so please post from an account with an active subscription. We do have a workaround we've been testing, and can gladly provide it once we have more information about your account.

Additionally, you state that you have received no help on the forums yet. However, this is the first post from this account. If you've posted under another account, please give us a URL to any threads you've already started so we get a complete picture of the problems you're having.

of course i did the same setup for the facebook but no streams appear from facebook on the website... so now i have it unpublished

in reply to your questions
i have a personal website on facebook.
i have opened the account last year about october 2014.
obviously i have just now created a developers app in order to get the api key

on the JFBConnect: Social Channels administrator tab
i have setup twitter and as a result at the bottom of the setup it shows the succesful
Stream Test
(in other words i can view my twitter feeds in the test area)

In the future, to help us assist you better, its best if you can post from your 'kiwikatz' account which will help us see your subscription info easier.

As to your issue, there is a known issue with the Facebook feeds due to a change in their API late last month. It only affects new Facebook applications. We have a fix that is going through testing. It should be out by the end of the month to fix the problem, hopefully a little sooner. If the Facebook feed is critical for your site 'right now', we may be able to provide you the few lines of code that need to be changed if you're up for making some file modifications.

Thanks,
Alex

Thank you for your support and code edit suggestions. i did enter the ode into my php page. There was improvement but not resolution of the problem.
The results of changing the php line of code edit is as follows:

Summary: This did not fix the problem.
However this was a positive step as it removed some error messages, things are closer to being resolved.

Description:
Once the code was entered, I immediately cleared all my website cache etc... and did a fresh load.
On the administrator panel Components/JFBConnect/Channels
My Facebook Social Channel now is able to succesfully Stream Test.
So from the backend it appears correctly setup although not without hiccup..

Note that in my social channel - i am only able to view one page of facebook.... although all my pages are linked to the same account...any of my other personal or business facebook pages do not load...and produce Stream Test Errors.... funny enough only one of my pages is loading in the social channel without any Stream Test Errors.

So now I have Twitter Social Channel working and streaming 100%
I can see both the facebook and twitter Stream Tests.
Facebook though does not streamload on frontview

I have Cleared Cache and load the website
And i still only see twitter feeds.
I disabled the twitter feed, and still no facebook stream.
There is no facebook feed appearing.

So, although we have an improvement - we are still one step away from resolving the facebook feed problem.

currently if you look at bushbashpromotions.com you will see only twitter feeding although facebook is published in the social stream

I am happy for you to have access to my fbook account / website if you require

good news.
i now have fbook streaming. thank you for your help

you can see it streaming now on bushbashpromotions.com

please note that the left application is another providers facebook application... i am running them together to compare.
the sourcecoast version which is less exciting visually as compared to the competition which actually mirrors the facebook look

is it possible to mirror and achieve this same look with sourcecoast?

I'm glad to hear you got things going. If there was something specific you did to fix it, let us know, as we're curious where the issue was.

As for the other Facebook module you're using, that's the standard Facebook Page Plugin, which JFBConnect already supports. You can configure that using the SCSocialWidget or by using the following tag in your page:
{SCFacebookPagePlugin href=https://www.facebook.com/bushbashpromotions}
That is a view provided by Facebook itself and, yes, it looks very much like their own view.. since Facebook controls the output.

The advantage of the SCSocialStream module is that you can merge posts from multiple networks together. You can also completely customize the HTML and CSS output of each post from each network if you want. For information on how to customize the output, see the Social Stream Theme guide .

I hope that helps explain. In general, we recommend using JFBConnect for all your social integration to prevent conflicts. As noted, the other module you're using isn't necessary as JFBConnect already supports the Page Plugin, but you just won't be able to show Twitter posts within that same view.

Thanks,
Alex
