Hi Alex,

I'm trying to use Likebox shortcode as per the docs in a custom html module, but i'm getting a blank module.

{JFBCFan href=https://www.facebook.com/PAGE.NAME show_faces=true stream=false header=true show_border=true force_wall=false}

can you please help me on this.

The Facebook Like Box no longer works. Facebook has replaced it with the Page Plugin.

Our JFBConnect 6.4 version should be taking translating the JFBCFan tag to the new Page Plugin tag, but maybe there is an issue/bug with that. Please try using our SCFacebookPagePlugin easy-tag and let us know if you continue to have problems.

Hi Melissa,

many thanks for your revert, but i could not understand "SCFacebookPagePlugin easy-tag" what is it.

I tried going through the easy tags docseasy tags docs , but could not find a mention of SCFacebookPagePlugin easy-tag.

can you please guide.

I also tried using {JFBCFollow href=https://www.facebook.com/SITENAME layout=standard show_faces=true width=300 height=75 colorscheme=light} but this is also giving a blank module.

We have not updated that documentation area yet for this latest release - sorry for the confusion. For now, in the JFBConnect backend, go to Social > Examples area. The page plugin widget should show up there.

However, the fact that the follow button is not showing up properly too indicates something else is wrong. Do you have the 'Social Tag Admin Key' set in the Social > Misc section? Could you give me an exact URL where you're having the problem? Additionally, I see some javascript errors on your page regarding jQuery. Could you also try enabling the 'Load jQuery/Bootstrap' option in the JFBConnect general configuration area to see if this resolves the error/helps the widgets render?

Hi Melissa,

Thanks for your revert, the issue happens also on pages where i've enabled JFBC Jquery & Bootstrap. ( I load your jquery & bootstrap only on certain pages.), further JFBC login works flawlessly on all the pages.

SCFacebookPagePlugin easy-tag was not rendering, i.e on the front end it was showing the raw text {SCFacebookPlugin height=200 width=200 .......

Regarding the url, i'll set us a staging site and then come back to you as i cant experiment much with a live site.

The tag should be:

{SCFacebookPagePlugin height=200 width=200 ..}

Your tag above seems to be missing the "Page" in "PagePlugin". Please check that and see if it helps get you going. If so, let us know where you saw the incorrect spelling and we'll get it fixed.
