Manual Configuration for JFBC? i cant use AutoTune

The two posts I found with similar reports are:

This was from November, 2014 and couldn't be recreated for any other accounts (even by the reporter). It seemed to be one specific account on one computer, which seems to preclude JFBConnect from being the cause.

This is from February, 2013 and, at the time, was also from Google Chrome and seemed to concern some corrupted values. We never heard back from that user though. From a post that old, I'd not consider it anymore anyways.

In both reported cases (over 2.5 years), Google Chrome was used and it seemed to be some sort of caching issue with cookies. I don't think there's something specific JFBConnect is doing, but if you narrow anything down, let me know.
