What is the issue now? Above, you mentioned it was fixed with a DNS change.

When I go to the URL you posted above, I'm still seeing a 404 error, just like Melissa mentioned. The fact that I can't load the page is likely the same issue Facebook is having. You'll need to narrow down why the page doesn't load at all, which isn't related to JFBConnect. Please let me know more about what you're testing, where, what is or isn't happening, and why you think the issue is related to JFBConnect, and we'll gladly help however we can.

Finally, for support, we monitored the forums regularly. Our pricing model is based on using these forums and trying to respond to all questions within a few hours. If we had to be online to provide one-on-one live assistance to all users, our pricing would have to be much, much higher. We think we've struck a good compromise of features, support and price.
