Is the user currently logged into Facebook when the post is trying to be made to Facebook? Can you try logging out and re-authenticating? I'm unsure of any reason that you'd get that message as JFBConnect should be storing the user's authentication token and updating it on every login to make sure it's still active. It sounds like something different is happening on your site though.

Some things that can invalidate your token:
* Changing your Facebook password
* Not authenticating on your site using Facebook in a long time
* Random de-authorizations by Facebook (done for security purposes to make you re-authenticate periodically).

Keep us posted on how that goes.

Thanks,
Alex

Without the Facebook credentials of the admin2 user, we still need your help to debug. I have gone into the JFBConnect > User Map table in your backend and deleted your entry for the admin2 user.

Now that it is deleted, we will remap your FB user. Can you do the following steps exactly:
1. Go to the front-end of your site socredits.org
2. Click the Login button
3. Enter the Joomla credentials for admin2 and sign in
4. Then under the "Connect this site to your Social network?" label, click on the Facebook button to re-connect your Facebook account.
5. Log out
6. Log in via the Facebook button
7. Check your JFBConnect > User Map table to make sure the correct Facebook user is mapped.
8. Re-test your profile update action.

Also, please note - do not post your backend credentials in your posts anymore. This is an open forum. If you need to send Alex or myself private information, please use the little envelope icon under our avatars to PM us.

Melissa,

Thanks for your reply and I will take care of admin details too. See I solved one issue but still pertaining with another one..

I have created facebook app with with my email account..when I logged in to socredits.org, and then edit my profile then its auto posting activity feed on my facebook account, so its working fine without any error..

But see, when I asked my friend to login with facebook account with socredits.org.. , and when he is editing profile page, and when as admin am seeing your activity feed for his account am getting this error, and this happen with two of other my friends... see this error message..

"(#200) Requires extended permission: publish_actions "

I have already added publish_actions to your one of fields as per your previous forum but its not help me out.. will you please let me know what should be the exact issue?

Please reply.

If adding the permission in the additional permissions setting of JFBConnect > Configuration > Facebook > 'Additional Permissions Request' does not work, this generally means that you have not submitted your action to Facebook for approval. In trying to set up actions on your site, you should be logging in with the administrator of your Facebook application and testing with that user. Other users won't have access to the action until you go through the approval process.

Please follow these steps for submitting your actions to Facebook:

I'm not sure when you submitted before. If you're just implementing Open Graph Actions on your site now, then the previous submission may have been rejected as you didn't need those permissions before.. now you do.

Beyond that, the only permission you need approved is "publish_actions" to allow for posting activity back to a user's Timeline. I'd suggest going through the submission process again and explaining why you want the permission (to post activity from your site to a user's Timeline) and note that it will be used by general users (not admins) accessing your site.

I hope that helps,
Alex
