JFBConnect Configuration Errors

Error #1 - Error Code 406
Yes, the 406 is coming from mod_security. We can see it in our logs when the request is made. There's no more information about why mod_security is rejecting the request since that's something that would only be logged on your end. You'd need to contact Hostgator to get them to provide what the mod_security exception is and have them relax whatever rule is being detected. There's nothing we can do on this end since it's a security add-on on your end. If we could get around it, it wouldn't be a very good security extension

Error #2 - Please try running Autotune in the JFBConnect backend and specifically look at the Facebook App tab for any recommendations. This error usually indicates that the domain or Site URL settings are incorrect. Additionally, Facebook has also added a new setting that when set incorrectly can cause this error.
