Social Stream Module--Facebook

Hi,

My developer installed V. 6.2.4 and created 2 channels: facebook and twitter. When configuring the facebook channel (right), there is a prompt to choose a user. After logging in at front end as owner of the facebook account, and trying to select the channel owner with a popup for choosing the user, the popup is blank. As a result, there is no way to choose the user and complete the setup.

Is there a way around this to complete the configuration?

Thanks Melissa. Unfortunately, this suggestion is not getting at the problem. The developer tried several times...creating the account from the backend, and from the front end. No users appear in the popup that can be chosen from. Any other suggestions? Michael

My developer and I are still trying to sort this out. We encountered an issue with the unique subscriber ID and sorted that out. In response to your questions earlier in February, here is what my developer wrote:

Ok, I followed instructions and I am getting this error when opening popup:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /var/www/vhtdocs/userweb61347/html/administrator/components/com_jfbconnect/views/channel/tmpl/user.php on line 118

Also tried to delete channels and created them again, no change.

Joomla version is 3.3.0
