If logging out takes 5-6 seconds, that's a good sign that your site may just be a little slow. During logout, there's no communication to Google or any other sites (that JFBConnect does at least), so it should be a very fast process. Running a speed test on your page shows that just loading the home page takes 6.81s:
gtmetrix.com/reports/www.vishvas.org/gcMs1iz5
That means that the *fastest* a login could take is 7s if the authentication took no time at all.

Once you add fetching of profile information and avatars from Google or other social networks, that's definitely going to slow things down more and I could see it taking an additional 8s (for the 15s you mention). Some suggestions in JFBConnect to possibly speed things up are to set:
* The Cache Duration is set to 15 or more in the JFBConnect -> Configuration area
* The "Enable Debug Mode" setting is disabled

Beyond that, I'd look at overall improvements to your site to improve speed - disable unused plugins and modules, enable caching or other optimizations wherever you can.

Again, we're seeing faster times that you mention, which means it may be variable overall. Looking at overall improvements to your site speed should help in various ways. The Vishvas.tv site takes only 5.5s to load, which is a big improvement ( link ).

I hope that helps your investigation more,
Alex
