That error means you've missed a step somewhere in the Facebook Application Setup Guide or the Autotune configuration setup.

* Please go through Autotune and make sure that no fields are 'Red' in the "Facebook App" settings. If they are red, fix them.
* From the guide, make sure you followed Step #8.

I hope that helps,
Alex

I logged in and save the following values in the Autotune > Facebook App tab (Please make sure these are good values):
Application - Namespace
Website Links - Privacy Policy, User Support Email and Contact Email

As Alex noted in his reply, from the guide, make sure you followed Step #8.

Click "Status & Review". Click the Yes/No button to turn your application live.
Facebook Application - Set to Live[/code]

This is something that you will have to do in your Facebook application:
1. Go to developers.facebook.com/
2. Click on the Apps menu on the top bar.
3. Select the respective app from the drop down.
4. Go to 'Status & Review' from the table in the left side of the page.
5. Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public? - Select switch to set YES/NO value.

ok, thnx, i finally no more error message , i set up the privacy policy.

but again, my old question still exists, i hope you guys fix it this time, after logon in with my facebook user ID and password, why it is asking me to register on my web site????

i want the user to simply enter his/her facebook id& password, NO MORE INFORMATION., that is why i bought your application.

thanks

Now that it seems the Facebook app has been configured correctly, this can be accomplished by setting the 'Enable Automatic Registration' setting to Yes. It is the first option in the JFBConnect > General configuration area.
