Please make sure you've followed the steps in our Facebook Application setup guide , specifically step #8 for enabling your application.

If that still doesn't help, go to Autotune, click on the "Facebook Application" menu item, hit "Refresh" and make sure all of your settings are at the recommended values.

That should get you going, but if not, let us know.
