Page Tab URL

In the Facebook App settings, click the 'x' in the top right of the Page Tab section. That will close that block and allow you to save without having a URL set.

In JFBConnect, you should be able to leave the URL fields blank as well and save them properly.

1. Facebook API Error: (#100) canvas_url URL is not properly formatted.

Facebook changed how the remote configuration of their apps can be done. To properly use Autotune, you should upgrade to JFBConnect v5.2.1 which fixes that problem.

2. Then under Page Tab "Tab".. next to the Page Tab Default Name it says "Value Should Not Be Blank"

That's an issue on our end, actually. If we don't detect SSL on your site, we properly state that the Page Tab and Secure Page Tab URLs should be blank, but it looks like we are still recommending a Page Tab Default Name. In that case, that field should be blank as well.

We'll get that fixed soon, and thanks for pointing it out!

I am having this issues as well, where it used to work perfectly. No, I have tried all your suggestions as per this and a number of other posts, but still no success.

There were multiple issues posted above. They're all related to the same thing, but different fixes for each. Can you let me know what exact issue you're having (what error messages or other notices you're seeing, what isn't working, etc), and we'll gladly help.

When you click 'LIKE' it opens the pop-up and then when you try to post it does nothing.

We've heard about this issue on 2 other sites, but haven't narrowed down a cause. It doesn't look to be a JFBConnect issue as we haven't changed anything in the last week (or even had a release in that time). It seems like Facebook itself broke something with how the Like button works on some sites. We are investigating, but don't have any answers.

Obviously, we use JFBConnect on this site. Please feel free to click the Like button on this article , or any other from our blog, and let us know if it works for you. Also, feel free to post a URL that isn't working and we'll gladly test. If we see some similarities with the other sites that have reported this issue, it may help us determine the cause.
