Google, Facebook and Twitter integration for EasySocial

We're big fans of StackIdeas products around here, and have been very excited about their new social network suite, EasySocial. With our v5.2 release of JFBConnect, we added initial support for EasySocial and have been overwhelmed by the response from our users on the features available, and what they want to see next. We just created a new demo video and features page to show off our integration.

Registration and Profile Integration

Our first release of integration focused on registration and profile integration using Facebook, Google, Twitter and LinkedIn. Once you've installed JFBConnect, you can easily configure how the user's profile is imported from each of these networks, how the registration 'flow' should occur and control multiple other aspects even after the user is logged in. For a quick demo covering all of these topics, see our 4 minute video below:

For a full feature overview, see our EasySocial social networking integration page.

What's Next?

Beyond registration and profile control, the next steps of integration with EasySocial will cover:

  • Open Graph tags and Actions - Control how posts look on Facebook and even make automatic posts to a user's Timeline when they upload a photo, post new status or otherwise interact with your community.
  • Twitter Card tags - Control the look and feel of your content when your pages are Tweeted
  • Points integraiton - Let users get points for Like'ing, Commenting, sending Facebook Invitations and other social engagements from anywhere in your site (not just within EasySocial)
  • More social network authentication as JFBConnect adds them over the course of 2014.

What do you want to see?

Here's your chance to let us know what you're looking for. We have lots of plans for further EasySocial integration, and JFBConnect development in general. Is there something we're missing? Let us know in the comments below.
