additional permission and request

1) The email permission is automatically requested when using Facebook, Google or LinkedIn. You don't need any specific configuration settings to do so.
2) Either use the JFBCRequest module or add the tag, like {JFBCRequest request_id=1 link_text=Invite Friends}
