As for transferring the site, I don't know the exact answer cause we've never dealt with that. My understanding though would be that no, you wouldn't have to resubmit the action. Once approved, your action is approved *for that application* until it's rejected for some reason (if you're found to violate a term of service or something). So, if you switch URLs and update your FB Application URL (either with Autotune or in the FB Developer area), the action should seamlessly work on the new URL without any action on your part.

Where should I be seeing it? I see the login area at the top, but I don't think that's the SCLogin module. It looks like the standard Joomla Login module.

Let me know how you've implemented the Login with Facebook button.. using the SCLogin module, {JFBCLogin} tag or something else, and where it should be, and we'll help investigate.
