Hi,
I've downloaded the latest version of JFBConnect and did all the basic configurations for the Facebook connect. When I try using the facebook connect from the front end, it won't work. The App window appears asking for permission to connect using facebook. Once I press OK, nothing happens. I end up on the same page without login or registration. I'm attaching snapshots of all the backend config that I've enabled. What am I doing wrong? Can someone help?

Sriram,
There's quite a few reasons that could cause that. Your pictures have all the settings blurred out, which makes it difficult to understand what may be wrong.

From your description, the most common cause is that your Site URL is incorrect in your Facebook Application. In your browser, after you try to login, if you open the Error Console (it's different to open in each browser) and look for Javascript errors, there may be a message coming up telling you what's gone wrong. If you find that, let us know what the message is and that will help.

Beyond that, the only thing we could do is see the site in action to test and understand what's going wrong. If you can provide the URL and/or credentials to access it, that would help. You can Private Message me by clicking the arrow under my picture (<

Hi Alex,
Thanks for your reply. Here is a screenshot of the Error console. I've already checked the site URL in facebook App and it is configured properly reflecting the actual site.

Thanks for the picture. Unfortunately, that isn't giving the information we were looking for to diagnose the issue.

Is there a way to see the site in action to diagnose the problem further? Without being able to test on a live site, it's very hard to debug communication issues between the site and Facebook.

Thanks for sending the link to the site. Unfortunately, the site is in Offline Mode, so I can't do anything on the front-end. Can you disable that or private message me a super admin password so I can login and disable Offline Mode, temporarily, to test?

Sriram,
Thanks for re-enabling the site. The "Sign in with Facebook" button that you are using is not from JFBConnect, it's from JomSocial. You'll want to follow our JomSocial Facebook Integration Guide on how to properly use JFBConnect with JomSocial.

Additionally, our JFBCSystem plugin does not look to be enabled, which is required for almost all of our functionality. Please enable that, and re-run the Autotune Error Checker which will help call out any issues that may be causing further conflicts on your site.

Hi Alex,
I just disabled the JFBConnect plugin. I know the plugin you saw was from Jomsocial. Let me enable it. Give me 5 mins. You can check the site in 5 mins.
