Hello, I installed Kunena Forum and since than the facebook login button is gone. In the JFBConnect Extension Check i see that a few extenstions are still 4.2.0 instead of 4.3.0 They are red but the status is checked ok. I have run autotune but everything is green there. Also I noticed that all my plugins are gone, there are only like seven Kunena plugins left and that is it.
What can I do.

website is www.luchthavenvervoer.com

What extensions are still v4.2.0? Did you install (or use the Joomla Update Manager) to upgrade them? They should all be v4.3.x

As for the Login with Facebook button being missing, on your home page, you don't look to be using the SCLogin module. I also am not sure where you had the button in Kunena. If you had added it to a template file in Kunena, and upgraded that recently, your change may have been removed by their upgrade. You may need to follow the Kunena Facebook integration page again to make sure you're adding the button to the login area of Kunena correctly.

Hope that helps, but if not, please let us know exactly where we should see the button and how you're trying to add the button there (SCLogin module, {JFBCLogin} tag, or something else).

Thanks,
Alex

Sorry for the late reaction,
These Extension are 4.2.0 instead of.4.3.0: JFBCLike, JFBCSend, JFBCRecommendations, JFBCFeed, JFBCSubscribe, Community Builder.
Kunena is 4.2.4 instead of 4.3.0
SCLogin is activated.
All the plugins are showing again now.

I installed Kunena yesterday! It is after installing it that the problem started yesterday. Also in the article the {JFBCLogin} tag is not showing.

Francis,
I think you transposed some numbers there. Can you tell me what version of the extensions you're using are again? 2.4.2 and 2.4.3 are not correct at all.

On your home page, I see a "Login with Facebook" button at the bottom of your home page article. If you weren't seeing it before, it may have been a caching issue. Please make sure you clear your Joomla caches after you make changes.

As for any other buttons, please let us know where we should see them, and how you're trying to include them, and we'll gladly help diagnose those as well.

Thanks,
Alex

The Extensions are 4.2.0 while the current version is 4.3.0

Strange the buttons are back ok, looks like a ghost problem now.

Francis,
I understand. The green check next to the extension simply means it's installed an published. The version number lets you know if there's a newer release available.

We did release version 4.3.2 of JFBConnect last week. You can upgrade to it using the "Update Now" link from the overview area or you can download the new zip file from the My Subscriptions area of this site. Once downloaded, simply install it like it was a new version. That will automatically update everything, and you won't need to uninstall first.

Hope that helps,
Alex

Awesome! Very glad to hear we got you going. Should you need anything else, don't hesitate to let us know.

Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect or our support on the Joomla Extension Directory. It's certainly not required, but very appreciated:

Thanks, and good luck,
Alex
