Fatal Error was created by eduloz
There are sometimes when I log a page (any page) in my website, and I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function init() on a non-object in /home/pmemobiu/public_html/templates/rt_diametric/html/com_users/login/default_login.php on line 14

It happens like randomly. It is not one page but randomly and it is not all the time but sometimes....

It is really weird... do you know how can I avoid that error?

By the way this last time the error page address is:
www.weekflash.com/component/users/?view=login

Thanks in advance

Ok it's fixed by disabling "Integrate into Joomla Registration:"

I would like to disable Facebook login (I'll use regular joomla login), and just use the other JFBConnect social tools. How can I disable the plugin or extension to not get in any conflict with the regular Joomla login, while still using the other JFBConnect features?

Eduardo,
Yes, there's a bug with that setting when used only with RocketTheme (Gantry based) templates. It's something we're looking into, but until fixed, you should disable that setting with RocketTheme templates.

As for disabling registration/login altogether with Facebook, see the other post I made in one of your topics:

Good luck!

Thank you Alex.
One last question: I followed your instructions to deactivate JFBConnect login, and now I am using now a regular Joomla login module. The users gets an email after registering and then the admin aproves the user. However after clicking the link in the confirmation email that the user receives after registering (not being approved by an admin yet) the link sends the user to a blank page (the template is displayed however).

Could this be a problem related to JFBConnect login? if not would you be so kind to give me a clue how can I add an article or some text to the blank page? That is the last and only thing missing from my almost finished website! :) thanks!

It's not a JFBConnect thing. That page generally should show a System Message saying your account has been activated, but not yet approved by an administrator. You should check your template to make sure it's properly displaying system messages (those blue/red bar notifications).

Alternatively, with the Redirect component of Joomla, you can simply redirect users from that page to an Article or menu item of your choice. For instance, create a "Thanks" article explaining that they need to wait and use the Redirect component to send users there with all the information they need.

Hope that helps. We haven't tried that directly, but don't see any reason it shouldn't work!

No problem. Glad we could help! If you need anything else, just let us know.

Finally, please consider leaving a rating and review on the Joomla Extension Directory for JFBConnect, or our support. It's certainly not required, but very appreciated!
