My Configuration
Joomla 2.5.3 (latest)
Server Windows 2008 R2 / IIS 7.5
PHP 5.2.17 (Plesk) with Version 5.3.10 my site goes to Error 500
FastCGI enabled.

I installed akeba tools and run optimize and security settings well

Can it be problem of PHP Version?

since PHP is a server-side script, its version will determine if the extension works or not, but has nothing to do with the fact that it is shown or not.
on the same installation are you able to see the extension with other browsers/OSs?

i solved the problem last night. I had a div in template called fb and a modulclass called -fb for facebook impressions. The rename solved the problem. With other browsers like ie oder safari, there no problems.

I testet the component on other domain without erros.
