Hi Alex,

Just tried it from a totally different machine and clicked the "Login With Facebook" button:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /homepages/0/d215233962/htdocs/components/com_jfbconnect/controllers/loginregister.php on line 138

...also made sure I logged out from Facebook, and tried it again.

Successfully duplicated on both IE9 and FF.

Ahh.. Didn't copy over the most up-to-date change, which is why you still got the error. However, I just looked at your configuration settings, and enabled the "Automatically Link Facebook Users by Email:" setting.

My assumption is that there is already a Joomla user with the same email address. Please try again, and let me know if you get through. This will associate the Facebook user with the account that already exists on your system.

If it still fails, the next thing that would really help, is the Facebook login information for that user, if you're ok PM'ing it to me to test with.

Thanks,
Alex

Awesome! So, what should have been happening before is that you'd get an error that your email address was already in use. The "Automatically link by email" setting bypasses that.

We'll be updating 4.0.2 with minor improvements to the login flow that's now on your site, but in general, hopefully you're all fixed up.

Thank you so much for your patience, and help in letting us test on your site. You've made JFBConnect a better product, and helped us narrow down an annoying issue.
