Glad to hear you got everything going.
My guess, with the Like button, is that the page you're liking is only visible to registered users. When you Like a page, Facebook hits the page to get some information about it. If that page then redirects Facebook (to the login page, for instance), Facebook will complain since it can't see the page. They don't like posting things to users wall that they can't scan first (for spam, porn, other objectionable material), and therefore throw that error.
